Overview
Responsibilities:
Assist in system enhancement and managing compliance projects including involvement in system UATs and tracking project milestones.
Manage compliance deliverables and ensure that the deliverables are collated and submitted on time.
Perform level two review and clearance of sanctions and anti-money laundering screening hits.
Ensure smooth and timely execution of sanctions screening processes and controls.
Collate and prepare periodic risk and compliance reports for management reporting.
Monitor and track the resolution of compliance issues and action plans.
Perform periodic compliance monitoring and testing of key controls of the business.
Perform periodic data analysis, including the analysis of gifts and entertainment declarations, complaint registers, etc.
Provide support to compliance assurance reviews across Asia.
Provide support in arranging and conducting compliance training and workshops.
Assist in performing gap analysis on new or changes in Singapore regulations.Manage the Policy Registers, including reviewing and updating policies for adoption.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of working experience in risk, compliance or audit functions.
Experience in programming and advanced excel skills preferred.
Meticulous with the ability to deliver work with good quality.
Able to adapt to shifting priorities and able to manage multiple on-going initiatives.
Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to self-organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Able to work independently.
