Roles and Responsibilities
• Process sale orders (e-store & counter) and arrange delivery (local & overseas).
• Manage inventory stock control, receipt of goods, and order status.
• Managed the booking of clients’ appointments and enquiries and, with the herbalist’s support, handled client concerns via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic office.
• Assists the herbalist with administrative matters and events such as seminars and retreats.
• Deliver excellent customer relations with new and existing clients.
