Overview
Job Responsibilities:
1. Greet & Receive Guests / Walk in Customers
2. Answer, filter and redirect incoming calls
3. Serve beverages as and when required
4. Receive and disseminate mails / parcels to the relevant staffs
5. Office administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
6. Supervise office cleaner to ensure the office premise cleanliness and hygiene
7. Assist on Company’s social media accounts and updating of new posting
Job Requirements:
1. Friendly, polite, bubbly with positive attitude
2. Possess good phone call answering skill
3. Have adequate Microsoft office skill
4. Willingness to learn
5. Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2day)
