Overview

We are looking for a logistics and shipping support admin to manage the delivery of our products across various countries in Asia Pacific. Applicants who can join immediately and/or from companies supplying waterproofing construction products are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– request and review freight quotes
– arrange and coordinate crossborder shipment of DG cargo
– facilitate export document completion and support forwarder in customs clearance as may be required.
– create and send quotes for various stakeholders
– prepare sales documents ( invoice, delivery notes, packing list, statement of accounts, credit notes)
– facilitate order processing and monitoring of shipment
– manage stocks and inventory
– address product related enquiries of customers and assist in the resolution of issues.
– maintain records of sales, goods and customers
– perform related ad-hoc duties as may be required

Required Qualifications

Industry-relevant field of study or certification and/or minimum 2 years full time relevant work experience in freight forwarding

Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
