Overview
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection of staff
- Handle work pass for foreign workers for new & renewal in compliance with statutory regulations
- Process monthly Payroll using Timesoft Software and ensure accuracy in payroll processing
- Prepare HR related letters
- Managed employee related issues
- Review and implement HR policies
- Handle the maintenance of factory premises and upkeeping of office equipment
- Monitor related expenses for office maintenance & recommend cost cutting measures
- Handle training requests and arrange trainings
- Experience in handling ISO9001:2015 certifications
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business related courses
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR related field in a Generalist role with hands on experience in Payroll
- Well versed with Employment laws
- Preferably with experience in Construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Able to communicate and interact with all level of staff
- Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving
- 5 days work week
- Able to work in Tuas
- Transport provided at designated MRT stations
- Must be able to start work immediate
