Overview

Responsible for scheduling, assigning, and ensuring successful delivery (i.e. installation/defects work) of confirmed sales work orders. To provide post-sales customer service to customers.

Job Description:

  • Schedule confirmed work orders received from Sales Team with customers for delivery & installation/ servicing
  • Disseminate confirmed schedule to the Installation & Defects (I&D) team and make necessary arrangements to ensure manpower are properly assigned and customers are well-informed
  • Coordinate with Logistics & Warehouse on product/material arrival and their pick-up arrangement
  • Manage all issues arising from I&D process according to SOP(s).
  • Ensure completion of I&D works by collating acknowledged documents from I&D team
  • Investigate causes of customer complaints, document account and provide excellent customer service recovery
  • Manage all post-sales queries, requests & feedback (via email, fax, call) according to SOP(s)
  • Release memo/ notifications for Service Support Dept.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year in performing similar role 
  • Preferably has experience in similar industry (Training will be provided)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work effectively as a team player and independently
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Others: 

  • 6 day work week
  • Preferably if able to start work immediately
  • Office at Tuas
  • Transport is provided at designated MRT stations
