We’re seeking a Social Media & Events Marketing Assistant with fresh ideas, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. What You’ll Be Doing
– Event Planning & Coordination: Support the team throughout the full event lifecycle, from ideation to execution on event day
– Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors, manage logistics, and prepare event materials such as name tags, presentation decks, and more
– Events Marketing: Create EDMs and publicity materials and help with the promotion of our events
– Guest & RSVP Management: Manage registrations, maintain accurate guest lists, and track attendance
– On-Site Event Support: Assist with event setup and operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
– Post-Event Review: Help prepare event reports, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for future events
What We’re Looking For
– Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
– Prior experience in events, administration, or logistics is an advantage but not required
– Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
– Strong communication skills with a proactive, team-focused attitude
– Willingness to support evening or weekend events when required
