Overview

Human Resources Functions:

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll processing, work pass applications, and facilitating onboarding and off-boarding processes for internal staff and clients.

Administer business licenses and insurance and process any related claims efficiently.

Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and external service providers to ensure smooth communication and operations.

 

Administrative Functions:

Provide business support services to clients, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Maintain accurate and organized filing of documentation and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies.

Assist in organizing company events and providing logistical support as needed.

Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR and administrative roles.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Team player with a positive mindset and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and meticulous in managing tasks and documentation.The candidate must be able to speak and write Chinese fluently. Singaporean Citizen and PR only.
